If you want to update the settings on a computer’s basic input/output system, or BIOS, from a remote location, you can do so using a native Windows utility called Remote Desktop Connection. This utility lets you connect to a remote computer and control it using your own machine. You can then reboot that remote computer, load the BIOS and make any configuration changes you’d like without actually being anywhere near the machine in question.
Pre-checklist on remote installation by Tech:
- Tablet to be connected with dockstation/tablet charger.
- Battery charge level should be 50% atleast (to have no interrupt during firmware installation.)
- Tablet needs to be connected with VPN and having stable connection (I recommend Tech to postponed the installation if Tablet isn’t having good remote/smooth connection)
- Doublechecking the BIOs mode is legacy by cmd <msinfo32>

During Installation:
- User needs to be aware that tablet will be restart single time and saved all data. No active call or No xtel been running.
- When LTS will run the exe of BIOs as logged admin he will get to see last confirmation about existing BIOs and Latest BIOs which going to be installed in reboot and fix as confirmation.

3. Tablet will reboot one time and will have following screen display for 5mins-10mins max

After Installation:
- After firmware is upgraded User will able to login to windows and get connect with VPN.
- LTS can run following cmd (with/with admin) <wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion> to latest version of BIOs which is installed after installation
